To Return an Item to PlanetCache.com:
All tags must be on any returned items. We will not accept returns with the tags removed.
Complete the Return Form: Each order
comes with a Return Form. Please tell us why you're
returning the item and how we should refund your money.
Pack Your Return: Wrap your item
carefully in a box and enclose the bottom portion
of the packing slip with your return.
Ship Your Return: Complete the return
form, then drop your package in a mailbox or ship
from any U.S. post office. If you prefer, use another
shipping method of your choice.

an email to notify you that your return has been processed
and the proper account is credited. You should expect

back to us with your full name, email address, order
number, the name/item number of the item(s) you're
returning .
